The Florida Bog Frog is a species of special concern as it is only found in Florida.

But there's one instance you in which you'll find any of our native Florida frogs in an aquatic habitat — during their breeding season. Frogs for sale at low prices, with great customer service. The Florida Bog Frog is similar in looks to the Bronze Frog, except that it is smaller and has greatly reduced webbing on its hind feet. The Southern Leopard Frog – (Lithobates sphenocephalus) – is found throughout Florida mainly in freshwater habitats but it also inhabits areas within Hardwood and Pinewood forests. These prolific amphibians make excellent captive frogs, and do well in enclosures or ponds.

This screened structure holds around 40 adult frogs. Living mostly along the Eastern seaboard and as far west as Kentucky and Illinois, they are slender and usually green or brown with dark brown spots. The gopher frog is a stout-bodied frog that reaches a length of two to four inches (5.1-10.2 centimeters).

There is a risk of disease and parasites being spread between species, even if the carrier frog does not show any symptoms.

Leopard Frogs are small enough that you can keep 2 in a 15-20 gallon tank, however, as with all frogs, do not keep different species of frogs in the same tank. These can be set up in several ways. They are exceptionally strong jumpers and are quick to escape by jumping into the water when scared.
